Studio2, a converted 17th century Normandy barn is set in idyllic grounds with a natural golfing landscape. The barn has been fully installed with the latest technical equipment from Pro Shot Solutions and surrounding the barn, a short game area has been created incorporating all the usual hazards to provide the ‘real’ course experience - a stream, some undulations and of course the bunkers! Huxley were commissioned to create an 1800 sq foot chipping green with two bunkers, one for the beginner to get to grips with this difficult shot and a really challenging St Andrews type riveted bunker for the experts! The Huxley Chipping Greens are superb to receive a well struck chip/pitch for it requires precision and will allow the golfer to perfect technique and touch around the Green. Huxley surfaces are world-renowned and are installed at the homes of many of the world’s top golfers because it gives a perfect green for year-round practise.
The C Swing teaching system and the P3 Pro Golf Simulator is an advanced video swing analyser with 2 cameras to view your swing from face on and behind at the same time. This, along with a plasma screen, gives instant feedback during lessons allowing for immediate corrective action. Students can also compare their swing with top tournament players and lessons can be downloaded onto disc for post lesson practice. The P3 Pro Golf Simulator has stunning graphics that enhance the learning experience, providing essential information on swing speed, ball flight, shot distance, club face angle, swing tempo and swing path. It also allows for an 18 hole playing lesson! To assist with putting, an Indoor Huxley Modular Green is also available together with other training aids to fine tune specific areas of your game.
In addition, a range of demonstration clubs from many of the top companies are available should anyone be thinking of changing equipment.
